Hitchin Town FC set ticket prices (no discounts) for the Emirates FA Cup 2nd Qualifying Round  match are as follows:

Adult £12

Concession £8. (Carers free access via prior arrangement  clubadmin@hitchintownfc.club )

Teenage (13-19 with proof) £3

Accompanied Under 13 £1

Over 80s  Free (But still need a ticket for entry)

Please do not assume Hitchin Town FC will grant access pay at the gate, it is a Hitchin Town FC policy for season 21/22 that all tickets for all matches are pre purchased online.

Note:  Do not wait until the last minute,  The online ticket system closes on line at 11:00 AM Saturday morning.

Reading this means you already have access to purchase your ticket(s) on line, however if ordering online is a problem ( as a last resort ) please call the Cheshunt FC Office & leave your name & number with the Facilities Manager.

Can I only get a ticket for matches at Top Field using the online link? What about if I turn up on the day – will you have normal turnstile sales operating?
Every ticket for every match at Top Field will have to be bought online via our ticketing site. We will not be selling any tickets on the day of the game at the turnstiles.

I’m over 80 and I noticed my entry to the game is free. Do I need to obtain a ticket online?
Yes. Everybody who enters the ground on the day as a supporter will need a ticket; firstly because we know the exact number of people within the ground and secondly for track and trace compliance.

Must I show the ticket that has been sent to me, or will a printed email confirmation of purchase suffice to gain entry?
You must be able to present a QR code icon for scanning at the turnstiles to gain entry to the game – either a printed ticket or via your Smartphone. A printed confirmation of payment for a ticket or tickets without the QR code for scanning will not be sufficient to gain entry to the game.

I have purchased a match ticket for a game, but I am no longer able to attend the match. Can I request a refund or give my ticket to somebody else?
You can’t transfer the ticket, but we can exchange your ticket for a future game. We would only consider a refund in exceptional circumstances. Email Club Admin on clubadmin@hitchintownfc.club and explain the situation.

Will I still be able to get a match programme at the game?
Match day programmes will be on sale in the ground at games this season, but only contactless card payment or the correct cash payment (£2.50) will be accepted. No change will be provided.

What time with the turnstiles open for entry to matches at Top Field this season?
For 3pm kick-off, turnstiles will open at 1:30pm. For 7:45pm kick-off, they will open at 6:45pm.
