Join us for a Duck Race to remember in aid of Willow’s Special Days and help seriously ill young 16-40 year olds.
Last year Willow’s Duck Racing took place as a virtual event, we had huge amounts of fun with legendary sports presenter and Willow Ambassador Jim Rosenthal, who brought us all the race day action as our ducks battled it out in the hope of winning the final. Bruce the Duck took home the win and was named our champion duck in the 2021 virtual race.
This year we’re splashing back with the Great Big Duck Race and taking the ducks to water at the Lee Valley White Water Centre in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire this Saturday 7th May. We’re expecting hundreds of ducks to tackle the Legacy Course in support of Special Days and we’re sure you’ll have a quacktastic time.
From watching your ducks hitting the water and making their way to the finish line, having a go at the hook at duck game, getting crafty at the decorate a duck stall and collecting your souvenir purple Willow duck to remember the day, it’s an event that everyone can enjoy.
Race time: 17:00 – 18:00
