Cheshunt Walking Football Club would like to welcome Havant & Waterlooville to the Cheshunt Stadium.

For those of you not familiar with the sport, this is now becoming the fastest growing sport in the UK today, and played all over the world.  Most people are familiar with the Barclays TV adverts, but this games is played at so many different levels.  If you just want a slow paces social game to meet people and get fit it has it.  For those who would like a little more faster paced walking game we have this as well.  There is something for everyone.

Walking football is mainly played for men over 50 (our oldest is 82) and women over 40 although we do have a few in their 30s.   Many use this as their main keep fit routine or to mix socially which we also have.

The club was formed in 2017 and has grown from 11 to over 162 with 47 of these being women.  We play socially in cup and leagues.  Over the past few seasons we have won over 20 trophies with the ladies over 50s becoming national champions in 2021/22 and the over 40s were runners up., the men have also been Middlesex back to back league winners last 2 seasons.
