The Ambers continue their National League South campaign on Easter Bank Holiday Monday with a home tie v Worthing.

It is fair to say that since both sides got promoted last season from the Isthmian League, our paths could not have been any different.

Worthing have taken to life in the National League well, and are sitting in the play-off positions in 7th place with 66 points from 41 matches and with a game in hand, whereas The Ambers, whilst enjoying visiting new grounds and making new friends, have found it a tad more difficult and find ourselves in the relegation zone in 21st position with 40 points from 41 matches.

When the two sides played the reverse fixture in September last year, The Rebels came back from 2 goals down to win an excellent match 3-2. With goals from Dajon Golding and Rowan Liburd being cancelled out by a brace from Mo Jammeh and one from Sammi McCloed.

Kick off will be at 3PM and theĀ  Ambers Sports Bar will be open before, during and after the match for bar snacks and drinks, and although they will not be serving the excellent bread pudding that is available at Worthing, Amber Eats will be open before and during the match selling hot food and drinks.

Have a great Easter and we hope to see many of you at the match.
