Manager Mel Gwinnett has been keeping the club admin busy at his recent technical sessions, last week we saw some familiar faces signing up, this week we have new faces added to the squad.

Jack Turner
Jack joined Cheshunt on loan from Chelmsford City at the tail end of last season, we are pleased to have been able to make the move a permanent signing for the 2025/26 season. Jack is a tall , fast centre half with quick feet and a ferocious shot when the opportunity presents. Still only twenty, Jack has travelled for his football representing Burnley u21 and Hyde United before moving to Chelmsford City.

Connor Kurran-Browne
22 year old Connor is a product of premier division side Bournemouth’s academy. A skilful winger with an eye for goal, Connor has represented Guyana as a full international, and has experience from playing at Hampton & Richmond Borough and Hemel Hempstead.

Arthur Iontton
Arthur honed his footballing skills as a scholar at Stevenage, winning the EFL apprentice of the year in 2018/19 and going on to make 29 appearances for the first team. He has step two & three experience with Braintree, Hendon & Kings Lynn, and more recently was a key player in local rivals Wingate & Finchley’s squad last season.

Stefan Vukoje
A fast skilful forward who recently scored the equaliser in the Isthmian play off final to help Burgess Hill to promotion last season. He came through the youth set up at Brighton & Hove Albion with the Under 18’s where he played 43 times before making the step up to the Under 23 Development squad. After his release from Brighton at the end of the 2020/21 season, he made the move into European football when he joined SSU Politehnica Timisoara in Romania and then in Serbia for Sloboda Uzice before returning to England at National League side Eastbourne Borough.
We couldn’t conclude this weeks signings without securing the services of last season’s top goalscorer, A familiar face to everyone, we are very pleased to have agreed terms with Vas Vasiliou for the coming season. Vas has had two successful spells with Cheshunt, culminating in last season bagging fifteen goals, some of which were absolute bangers.
