Updated News…
Last month we reported on Cheshunt Youth player Zach Spring taking on a Madrid to Malaga cycle ride to raise funds for Men’s Minds Matter, and are really pleased to update everyone with the news that Zach and friends from ARC Group completed their challenge and have exceeded their original target by raising over £21,000 to date.

You can join Zach and ARC Group in raising further funds for Men’s Minds Matter by joining us for Community Day on July 19th, where we will play Waltham Abbey FC as part of our pre season preparations , and turn the day into a party whilst raising funds for this very worthwhile charity. If you can’t make the Community Day, but would like to help the charity you can still donate via Zach & ARC Groups local giving page as we reported last month. Scroll down for the links below.

This July Cheshunt FC will hold their Community Cup Day on July 19th and support the charity Men’s Minds Matter. This support aligns with the club Well-being Programme run in conjunction with the NHS, and is also the chosen charity of Cheshunt Youth player Zach Spring, who is joining forces with a team from ARC Group London to raise funds with a charity cycle ride across Spain.

From the 4th – 7th July 2025 members of the Arc Group team, including Zach, will be taking on the challenge of cycling 400 miles from Madrid to Malaga. Zach’s been in training and is looking forward to the demanding ride.
They will be raising money for the charity Men’s Minds Matter in memory of Mark Spring, a close friend of many in the Cheshunt Youth teams and also members of the Arc Group team, Mark was a loving Father, Partner and Son, he is sadly missed by all.
