Peter has joined St.Albans and we wish him well. Peter was at the club prior to my arrival and was a great help in my settling in. He has become a good friend since then and has helped in the success we achieved.

I brought Hughesy in as captain after keeping us up. He was my first target in putting together a promotion side. He didn’t disappoint leading us to victory and promotion on that unforgettable day at Bracknell. After Rambo’s departure Mark replaced him and became a valued right hand man as well as a top notch coach. We made a good team and put together a side that would have been in the mix come the end of the season.

I have moved quickly to get in a replacement. I compiled a list of 20 but there was one name that stood out and ticked every box. I have so much time for him, he’s an ex player, the boys love him much as do I. He’s a gentleman and a very good coach. He shares my hunger for us to be promoted and will make our dressing room an even more amazing place to be.
