After the pandemic prompted changes in working practices that saw demands for Phi’s services expand dramatically, Des has very generously shared his success by signing up with Cheshunt FC as the main shirt sponsor this season.
Des states, “I first came to Cheshunt FC with my older boys, Archie and William, in 2018. I knew instantly that Cheshunt FC was the right club not just for them as players but also for me. I soon joined the coaching team, taking the U6 and becoming manager going into the U7. Cheshunt takes football seriously and there is a fantastic body of coaches in every age group, most of whom play or have played football at a decent level. The youth academy is led by Gary Allen, a formidable leader who has transformed the youth section over the past 20 years. Anthony Davies started operations in 1998 as a sales, lettings and mortgage agency in Hoddesdon, and have grown in the region with sites now operating in Waltham Cross, Hertford and Cheshunt, and have recently expanded into Commercial Property and New Homes.
