A pitch inspection at 10-30 this morning has declared the pitch unplayable after incessant rain on Thursday has been followed by showers on Friday & heavy overnight rain.

The grounds team & Chairman have been on the pitch working to clear pooling water , but as fast as they clear it , the high water table & further showers replace it.

The Cheshunt players will be attending the ground and will train on the 3G facility from 2pm , with the possibility of a friendly v Potters Bar Town (subject to their pitch inspection too)  Entry will be free & the Sports Bar will be open from 12-00 with live sport on the screens.

If you purchased a ticket for the Folkestone match online it will remain valid for the rearranged fixture. If you are unable to attend on the rearranged date, please e mail info@cheshuntfc before the rearranged date with your ticket reference & Cheshunt FC will arrange a refund.
