In the squad picture here are the players  who competed in the 2024 Over 70 World Cup, held in August with the Welsh FA hosting in Cardiff. They were the only team to get through the group stages undefeated, but subsequently went out at the Semi-Final stage.

Believe it or not, they are all over 70 and still playing normal football, (not the walking football we also enjoy at Cheshunt FC) Key to the players is enjoying the camaraderie generated within the team.

The squad have thanked Cheshunt FC for making our facilities available to prepare for games and our post training hospitality. They play games mainly against County Over 65 teams, you can find out more at the team Facebook page here
