Cheshunt will be looking to return to winning ways this weekend as the FA Trophy first qualifying round provides a distraction from league action.
The Ambers have already met East Thurrock United this season, on the opening day of the campaign, with the Rocks running out 4-1 winners.
Cheshunt have won just one of their last seven games, and have lost their last four, and head into this game following a 2-1 defeat to local rivals Enfield Town last weekend.
Craig Edwards has moved to add to his squad this week, with striker Ryan Moss joining the club from Harrow Borough, and Bobby Mills, also a striker, has joined on loan from National League side Bromley until the end of January.
On the injury front, Ola Williams and Sammy Collins are doubts, whilst Fabion Simms, Toyosi Olusanya, Ashley Nzala, Shane Cojocarel, Ibrahim Diallo and Ambrose Gnahore will miss out through injury.
East Thurrock United have made a good start to the season and sit sixth in the division, however they have struggled on the road having picked up just seven of their 22 points away from home.
John Coventry’s side have been inconsistent of late having picked up two wins in their last five games, and they head into this game following a heavy 4-1 defeat to Folkestone Invicta on Tuesday.
The Rocks have no apparent injury concerns; however, they will be unable to call on Billy Crook who has been recalled by Dartford.
Saturday’s game takes place at the Stadium, Theobalds Lane, postcode EN8 8RU. Kick-off is 3pm, and admission prices are just £10 adults, £5 concessions and £1 U16s. COYAMBERS.
